had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations—warm hospitality, smooth check-in, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with all the comforts we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment after long days out. A major highlight of our stay was the food—the breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and we were so happy to find that the hotel offers halal food options. As Muslim travelers, this thoughtful inclusion made a big difference, and the staff were very accommodating to our dietary needs. We especially want to thank Mr. Kadaree, he his from Turkey the duty manager, for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and genuine care really stood out and made our stay even more special. The hotel is also in a great location, close to shopping centers, tourist spots, and public transport. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, it’s a convenient and luxurious choice. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza for its top-tier service, comfortable stay, halal-friendly dining, and exceptional staff. A big thank you again to Mr. Kadaree—we will definitely return!

The location is great, and the hotel service is excellent. The bathrooms are equipped with bidet sprays but The furniture is a bit old, and some things need maintenance. The upper floors (50 and above) offer a stunning view truly breathtaking. There’s an Arabic restaurant on the 4th floor with delicious food and excellent service, especially from a staff member who speaks Arabic

Booked four king size rooms with high expectations but highly disappointed. First of all check in experience for two rooms were very bad. Arrived at 2:20 pm but had to wait around 45 minutes for one of the rooms to get ready. It's not a good situation after a 12 hours trip. Secondly two of the rooms experience air-conditioning problem at midnight. Although technicians visited and repaired one of the rooms but not even said an apology for inconveniences. They couldn't fix problem in other room but provided a fan instead. Thirdly the hotel was selected based on a promo video claims it's halal section in restaurant for breakfast. Some Indian vegetarian food with wrong name were displayed under halal section. It wasn't genuine but only for business purposes. The good thing is the room sizes and cleanliness were satisfactory. Moreover the location of this hotel was good and proximity to many halal food arab restaurants.
