The crown plaza is really a good hotel if you need a stay near Guangzhou Airport. Rooms are good, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is really nice with a huge selection. There is a great gym and a swimming pool. I would always recommend this hotel for a stay in this area.
Kevin xu was very friendly and it’s great to share his knowledge about many overseas travellers. Very helpful in looking after our bags while we went shopping.
Came here for a 3 nights 4 days event. Overall, the experience was great. The room was luxurious, and the room service was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the reception service was decent. However, on the day of the event, when the hotel was crowded, the service quality dropped, especially in the restaurant during breakfast. Despite that, lunch and dinner remained well-managed.
