Had a great 2 nights at Crowne Plaza. Situated at the bottom end of Harrogate but 7 minute walk into the centre. The hotel room was large, comfortable king size bed, fridge in room, coffee, tea and hot chocolate free of charge. Easy check in and departure. Parking available under the hotel but check car in at front desk. Close to many bars and eating places. The hotel has a very good restuarant and bar.
Really central hotel only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Anna on reception was great, really friendly and engaging and gave some great advice about where to go and where to eat. Really good front person for a hotel. The room was okay, fairly basic but nothing to complain about. It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good choice both cooked and continental and couldn't fault it. Having the carpark under the hotel was very good and convenient.
Great hotel for a base in Harrogate and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Secure parking and not too over priced. Only 4 stars as I had a few issues with the room. Otherwise would recommend.
