Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley by IHG

We had such a great weekend at this beautiful hotel in the Hawkesbury Valley. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the kind of place you could easily stay for days. The property is clean and well looked after, with lovely pools, a restaurant, and a relaxing spa. The suites have been renovated and feel very modern and comfortable. It’s also just a short drive from Windsor centre, where you’ll find some great spots to eat. We’d definitely love to come back.

Our recent stay at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley for my wife's birthday was absolutely phenomenal, and it was largely thanks to the truly outstanding service we received, especially from Cassie and Caroline. While the entire team was incredibly hospitable, Cassie and Caroline truly went above and beyond. They displayed an exceptional level of customer service, patience, and kindness, making us feel genuinely valued. What truly set them apart were their excellent recommendations. They helped us discover aspects of the venue and surrounding area that we might have otherwise missed, making our celebration even more special. It's clear they know the venue inside and out and were fantastic at highlighting its best features. Their dedication, warmth, and professional demeanor were simply amazing. They are true assets to Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, and we left feeling so impressed by their genuine desire to ensure we had the best possible experience. We highly recommend this hotel for any occasion, and if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Cassie and Caroline, you're in for an unparalleled level of service. We can't wait to return!

Me and my girlfriend come here on a short getaway to celebrate her birthday. Overall the rooms was clean service was prompt we found moulds on our water jugs which was quickly replaced which is a plus for me. The only thing is there was no clear signage of where to go to some area like the adults only pool or the water stations around the hotel. It is a small property however but staff will be more than happy to show you the way. The location is not that pedestrian friendly so would advice to come with a car. Dining options although limited was a bit mix for me. Breakfast was not the best as most of the dishes was not seasoned although there is salt and pepper on the table. The Bar food was good portion and was quite tasty. The Harvest restaurant was a bit of a mix for me the Entree was amazing, Mains Fish for me was good but my partner's steak was a bit underwhelming and desserts was average. Again this was a new menu according to staff so I was hopeful will be much better in coming future. Overall stay was very good despite the mix feelings we had. An input a bike rental offer will be a nice touch to the overall service as for someone that come without a car or with a car a bike would be nice touch for us to explore some closer destinations and have a look around.
