Older hotel, and as a result, the rooms are somewhat bigger than the average Hong Kong hotel. Marble clad rooms looks like they’ve been renovated quite well maintained very friendly staff. Always someone standing by to open the front doors for you. There’s a concierge handy to help you with any needs call a taxi, etc. Most of the staff speak English, as well as as the usual local languages.. if you take a taxi, it might be a good idea for the concierge or front desk to write down in Chinese for you where you might want to go as quite often the taxi drivers don’t speak a lot of English. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent, including a Michelin star Chinese Restaurant.. I tried them both and they’re very good. The other one was a steak restaurant.. location is on a very busy street in Causeway Bay, but literally a short walk away from Times Square and a subway station there. (Causeway bay). There is also a tram and a bus stop almost directly opposite the hotel. Use an Octopus card for all of these modes of transport. It’s cheap.

room is comfortable and shower area is so big. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smells excellent. everyone is friendly. not much of scenery if you are facing the road. on the other side was fine. some guests decided to shower at 4am and not closing the door had triggered the fire alarm. It was false alarm but no doubt, it was super unpleasant morning. It was kind for the staffs to send us apologies letter and chocolate. people who was above us must be from an elephant family. it was super stormy foot steps, luckily it stop after 1 am for many nights. I didn't make any complaints. swimming pool was nice. I didn't take photo as there are many people there. gym is quite small.

I had a very enjoyable three-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay Hong Kong. The king-size room with a view of the Happy Valley Racecourse was fabulous. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, and they were spotlessly clean, quiet, and private. The only thing I dislike it was an occasional smell from the vanity plug in the bathroom. The hotel features a lovely bar on the 28th floor called Club@28, which is definitely worth a visit, along with a couple of restaurants on-site. Breakfast at the Carver did not meet my taste preferences, but it looked well prepared and service was great. I appreciated the clean drinking water from the Philips Reverse Osmosis water station located in the room, which replaced plastic bottled water; I wish more hotels around the world would adopt this practice. The location is ideal for exploring Hong Kong, and I would definitely stay here again!
