Crowne Plaza Hotel Blanchardstown by IHG

This place is hard to find on Google maps. Look for falcon view instead. Otherwise when we walk into crowne plaza we knew this was a fantastic place. Beautiful smell in the reception area. Outstanding room with comfortable beds. Very clean and well organised. All the staff are on point from front desk to cleaning crew and breakfast service staff. Great hotel and great staff.

We have stayed at the hotel many times over the years and On a recent visit we found it to be clean, food was fantastic and staff were friendly and professional. My wife had an issue with a special order breakfast and Irene in the breakfast hall was outstanding, friendly and professional. In fact she followed up on day 2 with us to ensure that all was OK. Irene's professionalism is a brilliant example of the hotel's attitude to customer service.

Thanks to Graham's leadership, the entire staff at the Crowne Plaza in Blanchardstown was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing top-notch service.
