I had such a lovely experience at Crowne Plaza Asia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful – you can really tell they care about their guests. A special thank you goes to Havva at the reception – she was especially sweet, warm-hearted, and always had a smile on her face. Her kind and professional manner truly made a difference during my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I’d definitely come back and can only recommend it to others!
Exceptional Service and a True Home Away from Home I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 12 weeks, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile by the bellboy, Firat, whose kindness set the tone for my entire stay. One moment that truly stood out was when my partner’s taxi to the airport didn’t arrive. Without hesitation, Firat personally drove her to the airport in the hotel car—an incredible gesture that we’ll never forget. The reception team was equally impressive (Khawla and Nourane) always friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I had everything I needed. They consistently went above and beyond. The hotel’s gym and pool were fantastic and made all the difference after long workdays. Being able to unwind in the spa was a real bonus. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s not just the facilities, but the people who make it special.
I was late for my connecting flight and stayed in this hotel for a day. It was an excellent experience after a sleepless night and in general: delicious restaurant and swimming pool are inside the hotel, the shopping mall (trading street) just outside. The room had virtually everything I needed - only things I was missing were toothbrush and toothpaste. Big thanks to all people working in the hotel and ready to help with everything, special thanks to Alfiya - it is so nice to meet someone who speaks my native language (Russian).
