Our stay was wonderful. Every staff member I dealt with was very accommodating and a delight to speak to. Housekeeping staff so attentive and fast if you needed anything. It arrived with a smile! Thanks for making the stay part of our trip so effortless. My husband is addicted to the hot chocolate now! The location is the best.

Great location within walking distance to most attractions in Queenstown. Warm, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, pillows and very white linen/towels! Plenty of car parking (Valet) and the views are stunning on the upper floors exotically from your balcony. Staff are helpful, professional and caring. We had Jessie check us in and Aro on check out - both were superb. A big thanks to Stewart Manson GM for the lovely bottle of red wine in our room.

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was ideal—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the restaurant; the food was consistently very good, with a nice variety of options and great service. That said, the hotel itself could use some attention. The decor and furnishings felt a bit dated, and there were areas that clearly needed a more thorough cleaning. A deep dusting and some maintenance updates would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
