The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers — it’s very convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. While the building and rooms do feel a bit dated, the overall experience was still pleasant. The room lacked some essential amenities like toothbrushes, a hairbrush, cotton swabs, and makeup pads. However, the housekeeping staff was very kind — one especially lovely team member brought us everything we needed promptly. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The F&B team, particularly the friendly and cheerful ladies from Bali, truly stood out. Their warm smiles and eagerness to help made our mornings even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful dinner at the à la carte restaurant. The evening F&B staff took great care of us, and the meal itself was delicious. Overall, while the hotel could use some updates, the excellent service and warm, attentive staff made our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The rooms were top-notch — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort. The only downside was the location, which was a bit challenging due to the steep uphill path. Also, the shuttle service had limited hours and was not very reliable, which made getting to and from the hotel a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, though, this hotel offers great value and quality, and I would definitely recommend it — especially if you’re okay with a bit of a climb or have your own transportation.

Dusty carpets throughout as well fungal smells even in none carpet rooms due to dumping under the wood floor. If it wasn't for the help and treatment of the staff, we would have changed the hotel stay. Unless they change the carpets and redecorate, I would never return or recommend this hotel to others. It took a week for my nose to be able to breathe again well.
