I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crowne Plaza Marina Tuzla. The experience was excellent, with well-maintained rooms that were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s service was equally impressive—staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Mesut from The Hunger, who truly stood out with his exceptional service. I don't want to put single star for the worst experience I ever had in my life. In the middle of the night at 12 o clock someone knocked my door and asked me to contact the receptionist. In the reception they told me to check out the next morning before 11am. The reason they told was maintenance which is totally not acceptable. No alternate hotels provided. A refund doesn't solve my problem. As I have to look for other hotels by myself. As a foreigner I feel it's a disrespect and lack of humanity. I doesn't recommend this hotel at all. 5 star hotel as per Google with NO class at all.
