Crowne Plaza Jeddah Al Salam by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam Jeddah. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, with a very elegant and sophisticated atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. Everything felt fresh, neat, and carefully prepared. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing – extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their welcoming attitude truly made a difference. The restaurant was one of the highlights of my stay. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding! The food was delicious, with a wide and rich variety to suit all tastes. Every dish I tried was full of flavor and cooked to perfection – I honestly couldn’t find a single flaw. The restaurant itself is also beautifully designed – elegant, cozy, and very inviting. The overall dining experience was just perfect. Highly recommended – I’d definitely love to come back again!

The organization of the meeting rooms was impeccable, and the food provided was excellent fresh, well-presented, and delicious. A special thank you to the outstanding staff who made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Mr. Mohammed Alkurbi, Ms. Noor, Mr. Rami, and Mr. Shokat were all incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Dealing with them was an absolute pleasure they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended for both business events and personal stays.
