Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa by IHG

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the spa at the Crowne Plaza, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality, calming aromas, and a beautifully serene atmosphere that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The facilities are immaculate — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. A special mention goes to Layla at the reception, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. She even remembered us from our previous visits, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Her warm energy and professionalism truly added to the overall atmosphere of the spa. Whether you’re a hotel guest or just looking for a wellness escape, I highly recommend treating yourself to a session here. It’s a perfect oasis in the heart of the city.

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea – a fantastic getaway in a stunning location. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and the early check-in and late check-out were very much appreciated. A big thank you to the whole team for such a warm start! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views and easy access to the Dead Sea – nothing beats floating effortlessly while taking in that unique atmosphere. As an IHG member, I received a bracelet at check-in… I’m still not entirely sure what it was for 😄 – but it added a fun touch to the experience! One of the unexpected highlights was the adorable little cat family living near the pool area. They were an instant attraction for every guest walking by – kids and adults alike! It added a charming, homely feel to the resort. Also worth a special mention are the fabulous security staff who are incredibly professional and polite, and the swim guard at the beach, who tirelessly helps guests apply the Dead Sea mud in the blazing heat – all without ever asking for a tip. Just a genuinely kind person doing a great job – so yes, definitely tip him! All in all, a beautiful place to unwind with excellent service, a relaxed vibe, and plenty of small moments that make it truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The place is very beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful weekend vacation. The staff are great, always smiling and ready to help. The location is good. The rooms were good and clean. The bathrooms by the pool are not cleaned quickly (This should be taken care of). 🚨🚨🚨 I had a problem with the uncovered parking spaces. The car was grilling under the scorching sun 😅🤷.
