Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre by IHG

Though we stayed for 1 night only, I really enjoyed my stay with my niece. The staff were quick and attentive. Room was big with a king size bed and all amenities, most importantly it was very clean. We enjoyed an evening swim at the pool, loved the size that is not too big. Breakfast was fabulous, even my sister who joined us for breakfast was impressed, worth paying it though it was expensive. There were restaurants just opposite the hotel and surrounding area. We had dinner at Orchid restaurant, a Yemeni restaurant which was good too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay again. Thank you.

We had an awesome stay here! Staff were super friendly and efficient, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Before coming, we heard some spooky rumors about this place, and since we’re a bit sensitive to that kind of stuff, we were a little nervous. But honestly its totally nonsense. Our group had four rooms, and everyone slept like a baby. No weird vibes at all! The breakfast was actually pretty good too, which was a nice surprise. Only small downside was a bit of smell from the bathroom drain, but overall, great value for money. Would totally recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay there. It was my second time, and it just keeps getting better. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in KL. The staff were truly amazing, so warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully set up, a perfect start to each morning. Incredible service and genuine hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and took care of every single request, from setting up the room to helping with our luggage. Such a wonderful experience, thank you
