Hotel is a bit old school, but it has excellent staff service and food choices. Hotel management has high hygiene standards. Access to eateries and metro station is convenient.
Great hotel with best international standing. Location is ideal to visit Kunming city center. Only 3 minutes walk to night market street. Large heated swimming pool
After i booked the hotel, I sent messages asking for pickup service from the airport. No one answered my message until I called ; then after two days, I was told that no driver was available. I arrived at 4pm and I was told that the room was not ready; and they couldn’t find my booking; it’s really a mess. unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the housekeeping service was not good enough. No one changed or cleaned the wine glass.
