Crowne Plaza Kunshan by IHG

Hotel meets all expectations. Room had issues with tv remote and night light but frontdesk was prompt and offered to change/upgrade room. I would highly recommend this place.

I have stayed here twice now, six months apart and both times were fsr above average! The rooms are spacious, great view, always clean and staff are extremely helpful. Even down to the restaurants on site. I was wiped out from the long day and just wanted something quick to take back to my room. The Burger Bar restaurant on the 2nd floor has good food, the Fish and Chips appetizer is inexpensive (for hotel fare), very tasty and large enough to eat as a meal. I ordered it to go and the wait staff was picked up on how i was feeling and stated that since it would take 20 minutes to prepare food, that they could bring it to my room for me instead of having to wait. Thats customer sevice! The buffet is average priced for hotel buffet and if you are a seafood fan and/or chinese food traditionalist, then then you will enjoy dinner. Breakfast buffet is solid and there is always plenty of choices for all tastes. The hotel is right next to a HUGE mall with more shopping than you could ever need. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I had a comfortable stay in Crown Plaza Kunshan, staffs here are well trained, provided thoughtful service. The breakfast has multiple choices with western and Chinese style provided, staff (Ruby) in breakfast served professionally, and gave you and carry out breakfast to go as known it’s you check out date.
