My stay at Crowne Plaza Kuwait was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel delivers on every level — comfort, service, and quality. The room was modern, well-designed, and impeccably clean. I slept so well thanks to the cozy bed and quiet atmosphere. All the facilities were impressive — the gym was well-maintained, the spa was calming, and the pool area was a great place to unwind. The dining experience was a huge highlight. With so many diverse restaurants to choose from, I never ran out of new things to try. Every meal, from the breakfast buffet to dinner, was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. It really shows how much effort the hotel puts into their food service. What made my experience even more special was the staff — especially Ekta, who was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. She made me feel truly welcomed and cared for, which added a personal touch that I’ll never forget. The location is also ideal — close to the airport with efficient transport options, and easy to reach major spots in Kuwait. Communication was smooth, and the overall vibe of the hotel was professional yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Kuwait to anyone visiting the city. Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Super close to the airport, which made my travel easy. Not much to do around the hotel, but perfect for a short or business stay. Big thanks to Sir Franco Fajardo would definitely come back.

Had a great time at the Crown Plaza. The service was excellent and Rawan was great help at the time of check-in. The staff at the breakfast lounge were also nice and friendly. Room service was also great and the food was excellent. would highly recommend.
