Crowne Plaza London Docklands by IHG

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in East London and by far the one with great customer service. Staffs are lovely and friendly, it’s like everyone wants you to be comfortable, we complained about our room not having views and they changed us to Executive Suite with no extra costs, in their words, they want us to have a lovely stay, and sure we did. The food and drinks were all great, breakfast time is my favorite Shout out to Ty, Iyona (not sure i get that right) and the lovely manager. Domestic staffs are great too. The family and i especially my children had a lovely stay and the hotel is central to many lovely places. I’ll come again. Thank you 😍🫶🏻

I had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel whilst attending an event at Excel. It's in a great location, along the waterside within a short walk of Excel and of course easily accessible to via tube links plus cable car to Greenwich. Spacious room with good facilities and nice toiletries. Very comfy bed. I only took breakfast as I dined out both nights but it was delicious with lots of choice. The staff I spoke to were polite and helpful

Forgot to take photos of the hotel but there's also some good food and cafes in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel was good, though the bath plug didn't work, we didn't get enough towels there were 2 adults 2 kids but kept getting 2 towels and had to call or ask for more towels almost each night. The concierge was super lovely and helpful. We ended up getting breakfast every morning as there was a selection there in the buffet and convenient. But there was some confusion for the first 3 days of us going for breakfast whether kids were free under 5 etc. but once sorted it was good. There was a slightly rude staff member but otherwise everyone was lovely and nice. Location of the hotel is great not too far from public transport and it is a quiet. I'd recommend staying here with kids for sure as there's also an indoor small lap pool that is accessible.
