We had a lovely stay at the hotel, made even better by Sujata, who was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout. Her warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean and facilities were everything you needed.

I stayed at this hotel with my two-year-old twins. They kindly upgraded our room for free, so we were able to stay in a very spacious and luxurious room. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The hotel is close to the station, but a little far from central London. However, since it’s hard to find hotels in London with on-site parking, I think I’ll stay here again next time I visit!

On the whole the staff were amazing and the hotel was spotless . The beds were super comfy. The food in the restaurant was very good. And some staff members went above and beyond. However room service and management response was a different story. I ordered originally a ham ,cheese and tomato sandwich off the menu only to be told that they don't do that. So I ordered a prawn Mayo sandwich with Crisps and Salad The cost of this was £12 What I got couldn't have been further from what I was expecting. I had the largest Dinner plate with a sandwich in the middle it was uncut no Salad or Crisps Inside was the thinest spread prawn cocktail not prawn Mayo and so much Rocket that what there was you could not taste . I was not given a choice of white or brown bread either. I took a picture and showed it to both restaurant staff and reception staff, all of which agreed it was awful and they even took a picture of my photo. I was promised a call or email from the manager as this was unacceptable. But unfortunately nothing has been forthcoming which reduces my faith in the hotel management should other issues occur. For a 4* Hotel I expected better quality and better service from management. But all I got was a sandwich I would not pay £2 for in a cheap supermarket. And 1* service from the management in regard to my complaint.They need to lead by example not the other way round.
