We had a great time at this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. It’s located near a beautiful park and small zoo that make for a great nearby walk. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Well located for public transit. We’d stay there again

I've stayed several times already for work, but I have to say the hotel is quite outdated. Some rooms have not properly working fridges, and in general, the room feels a bit old. The times I visited the hotel, it was extremely hot at night due to the aircon not being switched on and you cannot control it. If you leave the window open, it might be really loud in some days due to the amphitheater next to the hotel. Last but not least, there is only one big blackout curtain, which means either it is fully dark in the room but private, or open and everyone can see you. There isn't a sheer curtain (which I believe is needed). The rooms need more light (there is only 1 big lamp in the room), properly working fridges (without removing them from the outlet; yes, you need to plug them in), air-conditioning full time (maybe some people like cold or hot no matter the time of the year), and maybe an overall renovation of the room. Breakfast buffet has a quite good variety, but I would say it is a bit expensive for what it is. The price is €19. The location is maybe not so close to the city centre, but it has a bus stop really close and a beautiful park just in front of the hotel, also with the river on the other side. The good side is that the room includes 2 pairs of really good flip-flops, it has a huge TV which you can connect to but only for Android devices or HDMI, a coffee machine, bed is big and comfortable, ironing board with iron, its clean and the staff is nice!

Dont go there ever and note what we’ve experienced; - They were trying to charge us another day amount of city tax (€5) which we already paid up front for the number of nights our stay. They kept arguing we missed one night, we ended up showing our bank statement and finally they acknowledged it. How miserable. - We were never provided WATER except the first day, the water glass was always empty. The reception said “help yourself with water source downstairs”. - NO FREE PARKING. They will charge you €15 a day. - No direct lift to the underground car park. You always have to walk out then take another lift to the car park. - The chromecast wasn’t working and the staff just gave up and said to us this is not working. - Finally the staff at the reception was gossiping in front of us in French while processing our car park issue, maybe she thought we could not understand but that was very rude. It was the worst service and the quality we were provided wasn’t even close to what we paid. The management should re-train all the employees there.
