This has been the hotel with the best service I have ever experienced in KSA. The care for the customer is unlike any other. Staff are friendly and warm. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. A definite favorite in my hotel listings and I will be sure to consider returning soon for another stay here. Ample parking available in the basement, and its spacious and well organized. The location is great too. An overall superb experience.
Stayed there for three nights … amazing experience specially shuttle service for ladies added icing on the top. Staff was too courteous and well behaved. Guest Relations Supervisor Shahad was very forthcoming and courteous . Overall an amazing experience
We stayed 8 days in this hotel in Ramadan The room service was good . Room was very clean and overall all hotel service was excellent. For women's walk for haram , the hotel provides good shuttle service for women's. For the mens this hotel location is perfect. The food was very delicious. In buffet restaurant Zahir Azhar gave us very good services and always made sure that we had good tea and food. And always gives us a warm welcome. Overall, it was a great experience.
