I rarely leave reviews, but I have to highlight the exceptional service we received from Patricia at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. She’s articulate, efficient, and genuinely smart—one of those rare people who instantly make you feel like you're in good hands. Patricia didn’t just check us in, she set the tone for an amazing stay, Crowne Plaza is lucky to have her. As far as the rooms are concerned, they are spacious and soundproofed. The design may not be from this decade, but everything is spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. We slept very well and caught our flight on time thanks to their hourly shuttle service (5€ per person). Note: If you’re a group of 3 or more, it’s actually better to take a taxi (approx. 15€), so plan accordingly!

Just stayed at Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport and it was fantastic! 🌟 The WiFi was super fast and reliable, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The check-in process was smooth and quick, no waiting around! My room was comfy, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a 5-star experience all around! Can't wait to come back! ✈️

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza in Madrid, Spain was absolutely fantastic! Staff is really friendly. We met Lisa at the reception with grt customer service, she guided us how to tour around the city. Our room was incredibly comfortable and quiet. Perfectly good for family vacation. Highly recommended hotel to stay in.
