Crowne Plaza Madrid Centre Retiro

Carlos, Andrea, and the entire team we interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. As first-time visitors to Madrid, we truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. From thoughtful route recommendations to arranging an early morning taxi for our train departure and even preparing a to-go breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service, they went above and beyond at every turn. The service was outstanding, definitely five stars for both the hotel and the amazing staff. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The location is also excellent, with public transportation just a few minutes walk away, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel. Even under construction, they did a good job keeping things functioning and flowing well. The rooms were well set up and more than sufficient. The service was always good. Parking is a significant hassle, unfortunately, but that is often the case here. Overall, a positive experience and a recommended hotel.

The hotel was great! The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff were very friendly, which left a wonderful impression on me — especially Tamara at reception, who was particularly helpful and kind. Overall, it was a very good stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others.
