The hotel has great service and a great breakfast. Rooms were clean but could use some maintenance. Recommend for your next stay in Managua
Really nice hotel with the swimming pool. Spacious quiet rooms. 25 min walk to the city center. Shopping mall with food court just in the front of the hotel.
The staff service is friendly & professional. The guest room was small but clean & adequate for the rate. The hotel has an event center next door & caters to party goers. That being said, there were rowdy party-goers in my hallway and room next door making noise all night long. The front desk staff seemed sympathetic but lacked effort in addressing the situation short of providing me with a complimentary breakfast for the incident. Breakfast food & service in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The Internet in the hotel was poor. Would I stay at this property again? I will probably try another hotel chain & location nearby if given the opportunity.
