Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria by IHG

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza, and from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were all kind, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I’d like to especially commend Bles. We asked for a hot compress and were hoping the nurse could check on my son, but since the nurse wasn’t available until 10 AM, Bles kept calling every 10 to 20 minutes just to ask how my son was doing. That kind of concern and effort really meant a lot to us. Thank you to Bles and to the rest of the team for the thoughtful and genuine service. We truly appreciate it.

We received excellent customer service from all the hotel staff. Everybody was courteous and knew their jobs very well, especially at the Seven Corners buffet. They were all attentive to the requests of the guests. The check in and check out process is quick and hassle-free. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Crowne Plaza Manila for a restful weekend.
