Crowne Plaza Milan City by IHG

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Milan! The beautifully renovated lobby and reception made a great first impression. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help with anything we needed – from hotel services to recommending the best local places to visit in Milan. Our room had a stunning view over the city – it was so cozy that we honestly didn’t want to leave! But the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area and the green outdoor space. It felt like a hidden resort in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing with a delicious lunch after exploring Milan. Highly recommended – and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and air conditioned, the breakfast was great, the pool was amazing, and the entire staff was very kind. I was traveling with my five year old and they were able to give us a room with two beds. Our room faced the street but it was not loud. The location is great, very close to the train station and steps away from the metro. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel overall, but I think the rooms are aging. Needs a little bit of revamps, the washrooms have wear and tear. The best part of this hotel is the location, it is walking distance to the central railway station. The subway is right at the entrance. So connectivity is perfect. As a tourist, these 2 are the main reasons why I booked this hotel. Service was great, as an IHG rewards member, I checkin, checkout everything smooth and seamless. We did try room service, it was great and on time!
