Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown by IHG

I had a very positive experience at the Crowne Plaza in Moncton. From the moment I arrived, the service was welcoming and thoughtful. A special touch I really appreciated was the complimentary water bottles and coffee in the room — small details that made the stay more comfortable. The hotel features a nice swimming pool that goes up to 9 feet deep, which was a great bonus. The hot tub was also a relaxing spot after a long day. Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and inviting. I would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza Moncton to anyone visiting the area : great value, friendly service, and solid amenities.

My first stay here. Very clean and great location as I am at convention for three days . Walking distance to many shops and food. Aisha? Aigha? Left her card and a little bear on my bed. So sweet. Made me feel loved. Bed is amazing and I wish I had these pillows home. Breakfast super yummy and plenty of it. Very quick too.!Made stops in lobby to market for snacks. Coffee is very good. Fridge and microwave. Also want to mention Tess and the rest from the breakfast area. Not only super attentive but so humble and clean and fast. At front desk there was Juliette and cinthya were very pleasant as were all front desk personnel. Aldo’s young woman qywdeen was extremely nice. All staff are gracious and polite and respectful. Can’t wait to come back next year

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities including a pool, hot tub, and business center. The included breakfast buffet was small but everything was hot and fresh. Having a Baton Rouge restaurant attached to the hotel was a convenient bonus. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is deceptively convenient. Walking just a few blocks finds you lots of dining and the riverfront.
