Crowne Plaza Monterrey Aeropuerto by IHG

I have the opportunity to visit frequently. The staff treat me like family. They go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. The rooms are in good condition and the amenities work well. The daily breakfast buffet (not included with every room) is well stocked and the staff keeps it filled. The dinner specials are always a nice treat. I do appreciate the hotel shuttle service to get to work and back each day. (Also pick up and return to the airport) This is a great choice if you are staying in the area.

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Has the feeling like you are family when you stay there. Rooms are always clean.

Great things first! The breakfast buffet is excellent and the restaurant pretty good. All hotel staff is really undertaking everything to make sure the guest feels very welcome at his temporary home. My special thanks goes to Diana, being a very friendly and superb, first class chef at breakfast and always fulfilling or exceeding my wishes, to Daniel for his constant and very friendly attention to my needs as a restaurant guest and last not least to Vanessa from front desk who always friendly attends my ever changing traveler needs and Miguel who is equally friendly and helpful at all times handling my heavy luggage. I extend my thankfulness also to all the other friendly employees, be it Layla, Jesus, Alfonso or any other of the many friendly, helping hands making the Crown Plaza a place to enjoy staying. The rooms are large and comfortable, wall colors are tasteful and beds very good. Furniture, carpet and everything else represent a very American style like all the hotel and certainly would appreciate a fresh up in total since they are a bit dated. Unfortunately the very good sized and clean pool cannot be used currently do remodeling construction around its access. The same applies to the gym (but Holiday Inn gym next door may be used). In summary the Monterrey Crown Plaza Aeropuerto is a very safe and quite acceptable place to stay during a business trip. It also offers free and safe parking.
