Great hotel, new, clean. The rooms are spacious and technically very well equipped, electrically controlled curtains, heated floors, etc. The breakfasts are amazing, even the pickiest people can find something to eat. Well, Huaming Park at the hotel is a wonderful place for walking.
Let me start by saying that the staff is absolutely not trained to work with guests, the reception was unfriendly. Initially, this hotel was supposed to be under the Crown Plaza brand, but after 2022, the hotel rebranded and rebranded its loyalty program, and now they do not want to provide privileges for IHG Rewards loyalty program members (where I have Diamond Elite status). Previously, hotel guests had access to World Class, but now they only offer access at a "super-advantageous one-time" rate of 3,200 rubles. Their own fitness club on the 4th floor is just a parody of a gym, there is nothing to do there in terms of training, there are no windows, no pool (only in the WC for the same 3.2 thousand rubles) I will not mention the advantages, although they are there... I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are used to a high level of service. It is better to look for other options in Moscow, where for the same money you will get much more comfort and professional service.
