Excellent! First of all, I would like to thank the reception staff who helped me arrive at the airport on time, even though I had missed the shuttle. A big thank you. Bless you. I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and well-cleaned, the food is very good, and the staff is very professional, welcoming, and friendly. The spa is very clean, and the staff are very pleasant. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Nairobi. Thank you all !

Being an IHG member has always brought me the recognition I truly value, and my recent two-day stay at the Crowne Plaza Nairobi elevated that experience even further. From the warm welcome to the consistently outstanding service, the entire team made my stay exceptional. I’d like to extend special thanks to Joseph and Lea at reception, Evelyn, the Front Office Manager, and Sure from the restaurant service team. Their dedication and thoughtful attention ensured I felt comfortable, appreciated, and truly recognized throughout my visit by providing the true hospitality. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, being very close to the airport. As it falls within the airport boundary, there is a standard security checkpoint when returning from areas outside the airport zone. Guests are required to briefly step out of the car during this routine check, which is common practice among Nairobi airport hotels and was perfectly acceptable to me. I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s outstanding security measures, which made me feel exceptionally safe. These included bollards, an arm gate, metal detectors, an electric fence, access control systems, and surveillance cameras—all working seamlessly to ensure guests’ peace of mind. Additionally, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which featured both a bedroom and a separate living room—ideal for families seeking extra space and comfort. The bathrooms were spacious and immaculately clean, adding to the overall excellent experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Nairobi in April 2025. We had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Arnold at the front desk went out of his way to ensure we checked in and were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We will stay here again!
