Had a short 3d2n stay via Trip.com. Hotel lobby was beautiful, with very helpful staffs! We had difficulty ordering food delivery for the 2 nights and the Manager (Krystal) offered to help us with our order since we didn’t had a local number. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would say I felt safe and reassured during my stay here! Thank you so much Krystal!
Really enjoyed my stay! The room was comfy and clean. Big thanks to Echo at the reception, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
Located in a strategic area, loved the hotel room views, amazing restaurants at the hotel (Hao You Restaurant & Yi Cafe), great service, modern luxurious design! Would definetly stay here again :)
