Ms.Donna customer service was spectacular! She was very fast, informational and professional! If this is the check in process I’m excited to enjoy my stay at this resort. Unfortunately I have to add the cleanliness of the rooms was not satisfactory. There were roaches coming out of the pictures as soon as we started unpacking our bag the front desk sent over maintenance who said they could not do anything but would tell the front desk to move us if they have rooms available. The front desk never contacted us to move us and when we called we were told that they were busy and would call us back. We were never moved and the front desk desk that they could not do anything. Even though i had a great check in experience I did not have a comfortable sleeping arrangement.

It's ok but nothing extraordinary, rooms could use a deep clean and the carpet inside the rooms could be replaced with something other than carpet. The bathrooms really really need some kind of air vents and as well as drainage because the whole time i was there when i showered id end up stepping in a puddle of water inside the tub which is a bit gross. Mattresses could use an update as well as pillows. Pool area could also use a deep clean however I will say the bathrooms for the pool and the dining area were spot on clean as well as everything down by the lobby.

I gave this hotel 3 stars. There were many things I liked about this hotel. I chose it because it has balconies, and I love that indoor and outdoor feeling. They also have a breakfast buffet, and the pool has a sliding board that was so fun. But I had a few issues. After coming back from the park, I wanted to come back to a clean room with fresh towels, but housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I found a lady in the hallway, and she gave me towels and garbage bags so I could take out my own trash, but I was so tired from walking around the theme park, I didn’t feel like cleaning anything. Also, my bathroom sink was clogged, and on the first day, my A.C. didn’t get that cool. I called the front desk, and I think they fixed it while we were out because the sink was fine and the A.C. was cooler later. Overall, the hotel was clean, and everyone who worked there had great customer service. For the price, it wasn’t bad. It’s only about a 20-minute drive from the park, and there are many food places around. There’s even a plaza right next door within walking distance with more food and shops. It wasn’t a bad stay, just a few small mishaps. Thank you so much for watching.
