Excellent rooms, 5*cleaning, great attention at the reception, great service by Nikola in the restaurant, very good location. We would love to stay here again .. only con is that the younger employees need more training on hospitality as my wife was treated with rudeness by Nina B in the breakfast, but that was a small detail.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza in Podgorica was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were treated with a level of warmth and attentiveness that truly set this hotel apart. Zvesna in particular was outstanding—going so far above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and completely looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no request too small. We travel a lot and have never encountered such outstanding service from someone. She deserves a raise. We genuinely felt like royalty throughout our stay. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to help, and it felt like the entire team took great pride in delivering exceptional service. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transport, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with stylish, comfortable rooms, but it was the service that made the experience so memorable. It's rare to feel so genuinely cared for when travelling, and we left feeling thoroughly pampered and grateful. We cannot recommend the Crowne Plaza Podgorica enough, and we will absolutely return. A huge thank you to the team—especially Zvesna who made our stay unforgettable!
