I stayed at Crowne Plaza Riyadh for 4 days while attending a forum by The Filipino Times. The hotel staff were courteous and professional, and check‑in was smooth. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located near Al Murabba Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. I really appreciated the modern facilities — the gym was well‑equipped and the pool was relaxing. Great location for business travelers, with easy access to key areas in the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays
Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, kind staff. The only negative was this time that I booked a smoking room which was not granted. Suggest to remove the smoking room option from the booking system when all smoking rooms are sold out for a specific night.
Not bad for an older hotel that has maintained its standards. I stayed two nights in room 736, which had been recently refurbished and was clean and comfortable. The room was approximately 30 square meters and felt a bit tight, but this didn’t negatively affect the stay. The food was okay, but breakfast was particularly good. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment in the lobby and other areas, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. Pleasant and professional staff contributed to a nice stay that met my expectations.
