Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention by IHG

I just want to commend the ladies waitresses named Mercy Renluz Janelyn afor their outstanding service. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely helpful to every guest. You can really see how hardworking they are..whatever you request, they’ll find a way to make it happen, and always with a warm smile on their faces. Their positive attitude and dedication truly made our experience more enjoyable. Big thanks to both of them for going above and beyond! I’ve been staying here for 3 weeks, and every single day, I looked forward to dining at the lounge. The staff—Gio and both Julius Jesus—were incredibly accommodating, and also Povedra who is very nice helpful, and hardworking always with smiling aThey consistently made my dining experience enjoyable and welcoming. The food was always healthy, delicious, and beautifully presented. I especially appreciated the addition of the soup area—it completed the perfect dining setup, from soups and appetizers to main courses and desserts, all paired with unlimited drinks. Every penny spent was truly worth it. The exceptional service and outstanding food made my stay extra special. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the experience at Crowne Plaza was marked by professionalism and warmth. Check-in was remarkably smooth — thanks to Sultan at the front desk, whose welcoming demeanor and efficiency set the tone for our stay. He handled our arrival with grace and clarity, making the process feel effortless. The swimming pool facilities were equally impressive. The area was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing escape from the heat. A special mention goes to Rajmohan, the pool supervisor, for his attentiveness and courteous attitude. His presence ensured both comfort and safety, enhancing the overall guest experience. Overall, this stay was a great example of how attention to detail and genuine hospitality can elevate even a short visit. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

It was a comfortable experience to stay at Crowne Plaza RDC. The hotel facility - although not ultra fresh and modern - is well maintained and cleanliness is top-notch. From Saudi standards of hotel, this is indeed very high standard. The hotel is grand with adjacent conference facilities and a small pool in the backside. The staff are friendly and warm, and recognized my IHG Club status instantly for an upgrade to club floor room. The rooms are clean and well equipped with all amenities and a work desk. The TV software and interface though was a little slow and lack of printed menus for in-house dining made the experience a little desirable. Sleep level overall was comfortable, and they had provided variety of pillows for all preferences. Cleanliness is top-notch and Mr. Omar kept the room fresh each evening before I arrived back from work. Breakfast was great with good variety of salads, hot items as well as fruits and the restaurant is grand as well. The club lounge at level 5 offers a good retreat with a more executive feel and serves breakfast, afternoon tea and evening light meals. There is also few work desks, printer and a small meeting room in the lounge. Excellent for business visit or holding small meetings in the comfort of your hotel.
