Crowne Plaza Rome St. Peter's by IHG

Visited in mid-July and cannot thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. They catered to our every need and ensured our stay was extremely positive. Loved the fact that the hotel had a pool, as it was a great way to wind down after a day out sightseeing. The location is great, as all the main sights are easily accessible within 20 minutes. Restaurant options within hotel were good and rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending

My family of 12 stayed at the Crowne Plaza (St. Peter's) for 4 days. We booked everything via IHG website, which you can text at anytime with any questions you might have and they actually reply right away. The hotel personnel was very accommodating. Fantastic for kids as it offers a pool and A/C for the hot summer days. The hotel transport services were very reliable, they picked us up on time at airport, we scheduled our transport to and from the cruise pier terminal, very smooth process. Hotel is close to everything, a 10 min drive takes you to the Vatican or you can always schedule transport to city in the shop (Andrea was great) Will recommend hotel to friends and family visiting Rome in the future.

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.
