I came for business and it was a perfect location in order to be able to visit my customers. The atmosphere was very luxurious, but at the same time everyone was very friendly and accommodating paying attention to every single detail. The food at the Nabu restaurant was extraordinary! They have different areas, that you can relax or work, while having a beautiful view. The hotel is extremely clean and every hallway and corner of the hotel smells really good! Toward the end of the week, my wife came to meet me for the remaining of the weekend. Carolina and Johnny upgraded me to a larger room and by the time I came back from picking up my wife at the airport, we encountered a surprise in our room. They had placed, rose, petals in the shape of a heart, and on the bed and on the floor, entering the room, and also included a bottle of champagne and chocolate, all this without even asking for it! We are very grateful for all the little details and attention they have given us. We highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure and we will be definitely returning again.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Both rooms and common are impeccable, Not a dent or scratch you can see anywhere, everything looks like new, even if I know this was built years ago. The interior looks very modern and luxurious as well. The view is splendid. The restaurant is amazing. While I travel a lot, only one more location hotel restaurant in whole North America match the variety, good taste, and freshness. Everyone else is well below this. Location is great, service is great, and personnel is doing a very good job, making your stay very nice. I expected a 3 star hotel, but I was so impressed that I only could say everything is excelent. Congratulation to Management, and entire team I've met here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, but what truly stood out was the attention and care provided by Bryant, the food and beverage manager. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made every meal an exceptional experience. Always attentive to detail and with a warm smile, he ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back! 100% recommended.
