Crowne Plaza Shanghai Anting by IHG

I stayed at this hotel in Shanghai and had a memorable experience. The rooms and restrooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, with impressive decoration that gave the whole place a stylish and welcoming feel. One of the highlights was the food excellent quality and an outstanding variety, especially in the restaurant, where the staff were particularly lovely and attentive. A fun and futuristic touch was the robot that delivered water to the room, such a unique detail! While not all staff members spoke fluent English, they were always polite and tried their best to help. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel is great. Rooms are big. I liked the gym but pool has a bit rules and regulations Staff doesn’t speak English and hotel has international guests They served me wrong food because of that 😐 Buffet is nice.

this was a lovely hotel! highly recommended as the service & staff were amazing. we stayed there for a sports event & every need was catered for. it was a great hotel & if we come back for holiday, will definitely stay here. loved the robot that delivered ice to our room!!
