Great Experience Very big and Luxurious Room.. the washroom is very big and very nice. The rooms are very neat and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport and railway station. This airport is the domestic airport and not the Podong airport. they have all day dining breakfast very vast with a lot of variety there are malls around the places but all are expensive with big brands overall great luxurious experience

Apart from the nice room and good breakfast, we (group of 14) experienced good, fast and responsible service. 1. Guest Service Manager, Joyce Wu, helped us to pay for the taxi fare using her own money without any hesitation. This was due to no cash and no Alipay from my side. 2. Quick and fast response from the Duty Manager (on 13 Mar) helped our lady colleague to change room after she feedbacked she was followed and harassed by a male guest (suspected drunk) that stayed in the opposite room. 3. Housekeeper immediately stopped a guest from smoking in his room after my feedback. 4. During our check out day(16 May), the duty staff at the Concierge, were very helpful and offer his help to get a taxi to Pudong airport in advance without asking.

This is a nice hotel and in a great location. It is within walking distance to the Metro, High Speed Train, airport, and a large shopping center. The room is huge, but the view was blocked off by other buildings. There is a large selection for breakfast and were all good. It was impossible to try everything. Looking forward to visiting again.
