From the moment I walked into the Crowne Plaza, I knew I was in for a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel was impeccably clean, and every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. But what truly set my stay apart was the incredible service at the bar. The bar staff at the Crowne Plaza were nothing short of phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, they made each evening at the bar feel like a VIP experience. They remembered our names, offered great drink recommendations, and kept the mood upbeat and enjoyable. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation after a long day, they truly went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. But the warmth and energy of the bar staff really made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending the Crowne Plaza to friends and colleagues. Five stars all the way!

Good facility. Great location. Service could have been better. The phones in the room were not working and after the second night they didn't service the room and the next day we had to go to the front desk to request that our rooms be serviced.

We went to the restaurant in the lobby. It was very nice. Service was excellent. Decore was excellent. Ambiance was quiet élégance. Food was superb. Prices were top tier. We spent around $300 for four including a bottle of wine and a single mixed drink and a single desert. If you are looking for an elegant place for a romantic dinner, bring the ring and expect a "Yes, yes, yes!"
