Good hotel room! A spacious kiddy room and have claw machines and mini rides. A good location with a very chill walk to coco park mall. The service is awesome! A hotel staff helped us with our luggages and carry on things
I had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for business and leisure, with easy access to public transport and shopping areas. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a good balance of space and modern amenities. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Spent a week in Shenzhen at Crowne Plaza, half business and half vacation. The location at Futian is highly convenient for business meeting and traveling around Shenzhen as it is centrally located. We got ourselves the executive lounge access which is open from 230pm to 11pm. and both staff (Cherry and Eva) at the lounge were extremely helpful and friendly. Top notch service from them.
