Crowne Plaza Silicon Valley N Union City

Despite what the listed reviews are stating I've had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast and Dinner are really good and their staff is very Knowledgeable. My safety at this property never felt compromised, even though the listed reviews say otherwise. I believe just like your own home make sure all doors are shut and locked completely, Fridge in rooms and a Microwave down stairs for you to use. Gym was awesome and they have laundry on sight. I will definitely stay here again.

We traveled to CA to support our family, during our time of grief for the loss of our loved family member, but what helped to bring us peace and comfort was staying at the beautiful and luxurious Crowne Plaza in Silicon Valley-Union City CA! The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was just right, and was what was needed after traveling from the other side of the country. The ambiance and the sound from the indoor watershed brought tranquility. Not to mention the service from the front desk to housekeeping was just superb. Despite the circumstances,I must say, ,"We had an amazing stay here!

THEY ALLOW THIEVES! DO NOT STAY HERE! My family stayed for a family reunion recently. While the check in desk and area are nice, our family stayed in the rooms on the conference center side. The rooms were dated with torn curtains and the fridges did not work in any of the rooms we'd booked. On our last night, one of the rooms was ROBBED and purses and items were stolen from the room while it was occupied! We've filed a police report and tried to talk with management on several occasions. Hotel management does not return phone calls and will not assist us in trying to identify the perpetrators. Do not stay at this hotel if you care about your safety and want to keep your belongings!
