Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport by IHG

I want to thank the team at Crowne Plaza for the wonderful welcome and stay. We turned up early and it was cold and they made the room available early for us. It was our anniversary and we were given a complementary wine. We also had stayed one night in darling harbour and 1 night at Crowne plaza to find it was much easier to stay at the plaza and take the train just 200 meters down the road into central Sydney. - Whilst being also better value. Highly recommend. So close to the airport as well.

We had family members staying there & went to visit them & had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. And wow! The service was top notch. ALL the workers had a smile on their face, so accomodating and welcoming. The reception staff today were really helpful as well. The food was amazing as well. Such a lovely experience of great customer service & ever greater food.

We spend about 3rd of the year in ihg hotels in UK. The Crown Plaza Sydney Airport is outstanding. We had a great clean room and the bed was so comfortable with lovely comfortable pillows. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine and card for being diamond members. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional and so welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. It was beautifully presented and very tasty. The breakfast staff couldn't do enough for us. A massive thumbs up. Would definitely recommend.
