Stayed here for 2 nights the employees were all very welcoming and helpful. I was treated very nicely. Rooms were clean. the only complaint I have is the location not much around it but what do you expect from an airport hotel. Shuttle was convenient as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay … thank you!!

I've stayed at Crowne Plaza Toronto twice now and have had no issues each time. Great, easy access straight off of the highway - construction was being done this past weekend and did backlog the parking area a little bit but as expected with any construction. Despite a long line for check-in, the process was extremely quick, less than 10 minutes. Lots of establishments and restaurants in the surrounding area. I was charged $10/night for parking which I thought was a great deal compared to other hotels in the area. Checkout time is noon which is another bonus, compared to 11am at other hotels. Would definitely consider staying again.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza was unfortunately a bit disappointing. First, my room had a broken outlet and a non-working lamp. While maintenance did respond quickly and resolved the issue, it was something I didn’t expect from a hotel at this level. Second, I had a negative experience with the front desk representative, Erica. I informed her that housekeeping had missed servicing my room during the day and asked if someone could come up to change the towels since it was already 8:30pm and I’d had a long day. I waited 35 minutes and no one showed up. When I called again to check, she said she had no idea when housekeeping would come — and then hung up on me. Lastly, the noise level in the hallway was unacceptable. Guests were shouting and making noise all throughout the night, well into 5am, which made it nearly impossible to get any rest. I hope management takes these issues seriously. The hotel has potential, but the experience needs significant improvement.
