Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei by IHG

Świetny hotel z widokiem na zatokę. Położony jednak trochę daleko od centrum Xiamen. No ale po to są taksówki:)

The rooms were very spacious and had beautiful sea views. I got a really nice fruit bowl on my second day. However, I could hear the sounds of running water from the room Next to me. In addition, the hotel staff and receptionists did not speak English. We also couldn’t get room service and the wifi was horrible. The food was okay but not a variety of western options.

Beautiful hotel with clean, modern rooms. However room air con struggles to cool. Most of the night it hovered around 25 degrees with staff promising it will cool eventually to below 20 degrees. It did not lower after 2 hours so we had to ask for fans at 1am which eventually lowered the in room temperature to 23.5 degrees when we woke up. This has also been our experience with other Crowne properties in China, hence we will avoid in future.
