Crowne Plaza Yalova by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza. The rooms were excellent — clean, comfortable, and spacious. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, which made a big difference during the hot days. The staff were outstanding — very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Their quick response to any request truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey. I will definitely be coming back again in the future. The experience was exceptional, and the staff played a big role in making our stay even more special. Plus, the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

To be honest, if I ever come to Yalova again, I’ll definitely stay in this hotel. They’re incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, with great air conditioning and a clean toilet. From my experience, I genuinely love it, and the staff is so kind that they even called us when we forgot our charger, so we could take it. I truly appreciate everything about this stay.

The hotel very good and quite rooms Nice vibes The breakfast was amazing i like it.. actually everything was good except one thing The problem is “cleaning room” we ask about cleaning the room when we go out we saw the house keeping and tell her please clean our room and put a new towels also we put the sign asking cleaning room But when we came back at the night we surprised the sign about asking to clean still green light and no one clean our room! The cups of our coffee still there the towels not changed and the room not cleaning!! Actually the employee in the resption is very helpful and he tried to help us when he saw we are upset about not cleaning room he gave us new cup and towels But sorry still the room dirty Actually we are very sad about this Its an international hotel and cleaning like this!
