My stay here was very nice. The bed is comfortable in my personal opinion. They give you a couple options for tea leaves you can choose. You can brew the tea while seating on a comfort couch and watching TV. The working area if judged based on the office chair, then it was not the best chair. And the internet speed wasn’t the best. I like the toilets as it is spacious and bright. You can enjoy watching tv while soaking out in hot tub. Unfortunately they don’t provide you with the bath salt or something for the hot tub. The shower room has a rain shower options which is my favorite, but the shower in my room was not work perfectly. The rain shower pour out unevenly. This hotel provides gym and pool for the public facilities. The breakfast was nice, selections from Asian dish to Western dish are provided. Taste of the breakfast was just standard in my personal preferences.
Service is really disappointed: concierge refused to deliver a Package tobte room. When i went down zu tje Lobby, he was doing nothing and standong at the corner. Also, i was requesting the Price of a rental car at reception while checking-in. The person who was checking it never come back to me regarding the price. First impression is bad. In the room there is no coffee machine! Unbelievable! Also, our room at the entrance has smoking smell.
English is not spoken here. The rugs haven't been shampooed, ever. The carpets are full of stains. Their solution was to send the cleaning woman in... I was given a suite, but it never got cold. I called about the AC several times and at last, at 1am when I was trying to sleep, I was told that the suite was too big to cool, and I should move to a smaller room if I wanted it colder. I settled on a fan,,,
