Amazing Stay with Thoughtful Touches! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning feel magical. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture of a birthday cake waiting for me in the room—a surprise that made my special day even more memorable. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The attention to detail and personalized touches made it clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway. I felt very much at home from the moment the staff Dong LuLu (Lessie) and Liu YuYe (Emily) greeted me! They both go above and beyond to help me when I asked questions or for directions! They are so passionate about the customers and go all out to make sure the customers feel the hotel their home from home! When I stayed outside in that hot, humid day waiting for my taxi, Emily Liu handed me a bottle of water, then kept me company until my ride arrived! I visited Hong Kong, Macau and ZhuHai on this trip, I bet I could say that I love ZhuHai much more because of Ms Emily Liu and Miss Lessie Dong

Please BEWARE of this !!! I think is a SCAM When I checked in, the staff asked me to pay deposit for my stay however the person next to me checking in then don’t need any deposit????🤷‍♀️ I’m curious about this why only me need deposit, but I’m still paying for it. The staff said deposit will refund me straight back to my bank account after check out. But when I check out, the staff said they didn’t receive any deposit from me ? They need check about it, there’s no any records on computer showed I paid deposit and I didn’t asked for receipt for the deposit I paid for and finally they found some paper works showed that I paid 700rmb for the deposit and they said they will refund me back straight away to my bank account? I need to rush to airport for going and didn’t wait until I get my money back, till now I’m already back to my country and still not receiving my deposit back??? I’m very disappointed about this stupid 5 star hotel!!!
