Crowne Plaza Zürich by IHG

My stay at Crowne Plaza Zurich was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and friendly. They even printed out routes for us(on request), which made getting around the city so much easier. Breakfast was great every morning, and Chef Julio’s warm smile truly became the highlight of our mornings. The location is also fantastic, with excellent connectivity to public transport and key spots around. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily without us ever needing to request it. Overall, a seamless and comfortable experiene, highly recommend!

A Pleasant Stay – Would Recommend! I had a lovely experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a decent variety—fresh, satisfying, and a great way to start the morning. What stood out most was the staff: kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. AC controls in your room!! Comfortable beds!!! This was our last stay while backpacking in Europe and we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that we can control our AC!! We've stayed at several hotels in Europe the past 2 weeks and this is the first hotel that allowed us to do so!! It was amazingly nice! Another thing we found is this was THE most comfortable bed we've had! It was amazing!! It is away from the city however the amazing Swiss train system allows very easy access to the city! Highly recommend!!
