Hotel Review: I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The location was perfect – close to the beach and with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Animator Yunus: A special thank you to Yusuf, one of the best animators I've ever met! He was full of energy, always smiling, and made every activity fun and engaging. From morning dart games to evening shows, Yusuf brought so much joy and positive energy to our vacation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Thank you, Yusuf – you made our stay unforgettable!

We had a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a small issue and they immediately helped us and it was solved within 20 min. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They also cleaned it every day. The food was excellent, the hotel has numerous kind of restaurants, which all had various food offerings. Also, there are several bars too with very kind servers and good drinks! The pool was amazing, just the right temperature, and the slides were very fun, both for children and adults. The beach is very clean, it’s a little hard to get a sun-bed near the sea but it’s ok, there’s a lot alongside the pool. The only thing is that the music was a little loud during the day. The only problem was the attitude of a lot of guests but it’s not the hotel staffs fault. I really recommend this hotel!🫶🏻

Complete Disappointment – Avoid This Hotel If you’re looking for a true 5-star hotel this is not it. Upon arrival, our rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms. We booked two rooms one is acceptable, but the other (room 130) was in poor condition: the toilet and shower drain were partially clogged, and the hairdryer was so loud it seemed like it was going to explode. We reported the issue for the toilet at 4:00 PM, were promised someone would come in 10 minutes but no one showed up. We were out all day, and when we returned late at night, nothing had been fixed, so I reported the issue again at 1:00 AM. Only then did a technician arrive. The hairdryer was replaced, but the toilet and shower drain are still not working properly. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Most of the staff seem unhappy, without a smile or any friendliness, and the service is painfully slow. Cleanliness is superficial at best. For less money, I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels that are far superior. If you’ve already booked, avoid room number 130. We are only on our second day here and will be staying for another week, so we’ll see if things improve but the first impression is extremely poor and far below expectations.
