Amazing animation team! We had a great stay at the hotel, but what truly made it special was the animation staff. They were fun, energetic, and always made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. From morning activities to evening shows – everything was lively and well-organized. Big thanks to the animation team for making our holiday unforgettable!
My family and I have been going here 2 years in a row now. The entertainment is always out stranding and the Hotel is incredibly diverse in energy, ranging from relaxing to fun. It always seems to be able to accommodate all needs like allergies and food preferences with a high quality. The staff is incredibly friendly. Our family personally had great experiences with the staff member named Assel, she was incredibly conversational and extroverted, informing us of different events and personality motivating us to participate in the morning activities. The variability of language is high, some common languages are Russian, German, Turkish and English. Kids are actively included in kids club activities and seem to have a lot of fun throughout the day.
We have just returned from an amazing 11 night stay. This is a great hotel! Despite initial problems on arrival at 2am, and being given a room with 4 beds when there were 5 of us, the hotel went above and beyond to put this right and give us an excellent room the next day. Staff across the hotel are attentive and provide great service. Bayram and Huseyn were superb in the Lagoon Bar. The cleaner was excellent and the food kept getting better and better. Some guests reserving sunbeds early for the day, and some then hardly being there could be more of a problem in busier seasons. This kind of behaviour forces other guests to do the same. We would have also liked the slides to be open later. The design of the hotel is well thought out. Our kids also loved it! This is one of the better all inclusives we have ever stayed at with everything included. It was amazing value and I highly recommend this hotel.
